Directs a team of product quality and reliability engineers and manages their functions, activities, and responsibilities. Applies expertise in product quality and reliability and failure analysis processes, tools, methods, and testing best practices to guide product and design teams and improve quality standards and targets. Collaborates with cross functional teams to remove barriers, monitors the outgoing quality and reliability, and ensures the product continues to meet established specifications and customer expectations. Responsible for enabling teams to execute through clear goal setting, facilitating work, maintaining accountability, applying differentiated performance management, and driving team results. Drives results by inspiring people, role modeling Intel values, developing the capabilities of others, and ensuring a productive work environment.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor or master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Microelectronics science, Reliability Engineering or related degree Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills on both English and mandarin Ability to professionally utilize quality and reliability tools and present complex issues with clarity to drive decision-making and solution . Knowledge and familiar with one semiconductor processing including wafer at fab and assembly and test manufacturing Strong problem-solving skillsets with ability to assess and mitigate risk on quality and reliability
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with failure analysis techniques, reliability and statistical knowledge, and use reliability and statistical methods for data analysis, risk assessment and reliability estimation. Hands-on experience on SoC Quality and reliability engineering knowledge and skillsets in semiconductor industry is preferred Solid understanding of both software and hardware development product life cycles on semiconductor is preferred Strong communication skillset with proved team work mindset is preferred
