Intel Foundry is positioned to be a pivotal role in Intel's IDM 2.0 strategy.
As a senior Device Technologist within the Ireland Foundry Engineering, you will be accountable to Intel Foundry Services and the foundry customers for meeting their silicon expectations as part of Intel Foundry branding.
At the same time, you will collaborate closely with vast yield stakeholders Technology Development and within the factory network (Factory Manager, Yield Engineering, Failure Analysis, Device Engineering, and Process Engineering, to deliver best in class foundry products and services.)
Day-to-day responsibilities in customers' pace include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate a team of device engineers and extended team members to deliver silicon manufacturing solutions that adhere to Intel's PDK specifications, while also excelling in providing tailored manufacturing solutions for customers.
- Oversee change management within the device engineering domain and ensure the timely delivery of reports to customers.
- Collaborate with and guide the technology development team to ensure devices meet development milestones, and support customers throughout the various stages of the technology development cycle.

- Collaborate with the technology development team to support customers during the early phases of their projects.
- Uphold the core values of Intel's offerings and foster strong customer relationships throughout the development and product life cycles.
- Assist customers in successfully utilizing Intel's extensive manufacturing capabilities.

Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess a bachelor's degree or master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Chemical Engineering, Microelectronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics or related field and 10+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Strong hands-on analytic skill (data query, cleaning/sanity check, preparation, data analysis/statistical method, visualization, drawing conclusion)
- Wafer fab environment on Semiconductors, Device and Yield Analysis tools
- Knowledge of process impacts to device, while understanding relevant interactions beyond devices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ph.D. Degree with 10+ years of relevant experience in 300mm startup and ramp of advanced logic process technologies; experience in an entire foundry technology cycle is a plus.
- Knowledge in Semiconductor devices beyond digital application. Experience working with computer tools for Semiconductors, Process Engineering knowledge, Process Control, device knowledge, materials analysis techniques.
- Skills to develop continuous improvement projects at module level to improve process to give reliable, high yielding, cost effective products.
