Job Description:
This is a position for Senior/ Staff Product Quality and Reliability Engineer to sustain new client, graphics and automotive products during the high volume manufacturing.
- Drives the execution of product sustaining strategies to meet the quality and cost.
- Performs risk assessments, defines quality and reliability goals, and enables key decisions that affect product quality and reliability in High volume manufacturing.
- Ensures class and burn in coverage meets requirements. Interfaces with foundry, OSAT and development partners to ensure quality and reliability.
- Analyzes customer returns and evaluates strategies to continuously drive improvements.
- Analyzes early customer feedback with emphasis on driving generation over generation design improvements, manufacturing improvements, and test hole closure activities.
- Monitors post silicon quality results and identifies areas for improvement.
- Drives implementation of learning into future product designs and manufacturing processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Electronics Engineering
- 5years+ in Product Development and New Product Introduction in Semiconductor.
- Quality and Reliability knowledge in Product Qualification will be added advantage
