NVIDIA Networking IC Product Engineering team is looking for a System Mechanical Characterization and Validation engineer, to take part of Networking system validation and characterization efforts of different platforms and products. You will be a part of a team working on groundbreaking technology. We are in need of hardworking and motivated engineers ready to perform mechanical validation activities. We are looking passionate to join our Engineering team in Yokneam, Israel. As part of this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the structural integrity and reliability of our advanced products. You will collaborate closely with mechanical design, system architecture and company-wide system, validation, reliability, thermal, and testing owners to devise and implement effective validation strategies, aligning with our high-quality standards.
In this dynamic role, your main responsibilities will encompass a broad range of activities, all pivotal to the development and refinement of mechanical validations.
What You'll Be Doing
- Conducting thorough validation and qualification procedures, including both mechanical and functional testing, to ensure our products meet stringent quality standards.
- Diving into data analysis, summarizing and dissecting test results to draw meaningful insights that will inform our design choices.
- Crafting detailed reports and developing innovative design solutions, playing a key role in steering the direction of our projects from test creation to validation.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to successfully implement validation protocols and ensure flawless integration of mechanical testings.
What We Need To See
- A Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience, laying the groundwork for your expertise.
- At least 2 years of experience in the mechanical field, demonstrating a deep understanding of mechanical engineering principles and a track record of success.
- Proficiency in CAD design software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Inventor is an advantage.
- An analytical approach, always seeking to enhance mechanical validation efficiency for final product reliability and quality.
