You Will
- Develop and author mechanical product requirements
- Perform first-order “spreadsheet level” thermal analysis and simulations
- Create and test prototypes to validate analysis
- Design and 3D model parts such as heat sinks, fan modules, airflow baffles, sheet metal chassis, and mounting brackets.
- Develop 2D manufacturing drawings from 3D models
You Have
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Proficiency with Solidworks or 3DExperience Catia
- Knowledge of core heat transfer concepts, including conduction, convection, and radiation
- Familiarity with building prototypes and machining
We Prefer
- Familiarity with electrical component design principles
- Experience with data center or desktop computers
- Knowledge of how to read and interpret mechanical drawings with GD&T
