Job Summary: The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for analyzing and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain processes. This role involves collecting and interpreting data, identifying trends, and making recommendations to enhance supply chain performance, reduce costs, and improve service levels. As a Supply Chain Analyst in Capital Procurement Operations, you will be a full business partner helping make IDM 2.0 a reality. You will work directly with Intel’s Suppliers on procurement in support of Intel's foundry. Through business partner collaboration and innovation, you will help drive resolution of supply related initiatives and issues for factory capital equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis:
- Collect and analyze data related to supply chain operations, including inventory levels, demand forecasts, transportation costs, and supplier performance.
- Use statistical tools and software to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Process Improvement
- Identify areas for improvement within the supply chain and develop strategies to optimize processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and monitor their impact.
Reporting
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on supply chain performance metrics for management.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
Forecasting And Planning
- Assist in demand forecasting and inventory planning to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Work with procurement and logistics teams to align supply chain activities with business goals.
Supplier And Vendor Management
- Evaluate supplier performance and work with procurement to negotiate contracts and improve supplier relationships.
- Monitor vendor compliance with service level agreements and quality standards.
Risk Management
- Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
- Monitor external factors such as market trends and geopolitical events that could impact supply chain operations.
Technology Utilization
- Leverage supply chain management software and tools to enhance data accuracy and process efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies that could benefit the supply chain.

Qualifications
US Citizenship required.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, logistics, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in supply chain analysis or a similar role.
- 1+ years of experience in forecast management, planning, purchasing, materials and inventory control environment.
- 1+ years of experience in SAP enterprise or similar systems for order management and procurement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in supply chain management, business administration or related field.
- Microsoft Power BI experience creating dashboards, metrics and capacity visuals.
- 2+ years of experience in business strategies to support internal and external stake holders, and supplier management.
- Lean Six Sigma Certification.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US:
$75,170.00-$106,130.00
Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience.
Work Model for this Role
